Privacy Policy

Operator Terminal ("the Service") is operated by Ecom Operators ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use operatorterminal.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we also receive the name and email on your Google account.
• What you put into the tools. Product names, keywords, prices, costs, competitor names, page code, and anything else you submit to run a tool, plus anything you save inside the Service such as tracked products, competitors, and brand profiles.
• Usage data. Which tools you run, when, and roughly how much they cost us to run. We use this to enforce fair-use limits.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, used for security, rate limiting, and error monitoring.

How we use it

• To run the Service and keep your account working, including sending sign-in links.
• To send you emails about Operator Terminal and Ecom Operators. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your account.
• To prevent abuse and to improve the tools.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

The Service runs on third-party infrastructure. Your data may be handled by:

• Supabase (database and sign-in), Render (hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS, security, and delivery).
• Resend, which sends our sign-in and account emails.
• GoHighLevel, which stores our email list and sends newsletters.
• Google, if you choose Google sign-in.
• Data and AI providers that generate tool results. The inputs you submit to a tool, such as a product name or a page's code, are sent to these providers to produce the result. They include the Google Ads API, Anthropic, and search-data providers.

Cookies and browser storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data and saved items, except records we must keep for security or legal reasons.

Your choices

• Access, correct, or delete your data by emailing us.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
• Revoke Google sign-in access at any time from your Google account permissions.

Age

The Service is intended for adults running or starting a business. It is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, for significant changes, email account holders.
