Some tools call paid data and AI services on your behalf. We apply daily usage limits per account so the Service stays available to everyone. Automated access, scraping, or attempts to bypass limits or security controls are not allowed and may result in suspension.
The tools return estimates built from third-party data such as search volumes, advertising costs, and AI-generated suggestions. That data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Nothing in the Service is financial, legal, or business advice, and we make no promise that any product, supplier, or advertising approach will be profitable. Decisions you make based on the Service are yours.
You keep ownership of anything you enter into or save in the Service. You give us permission to process it in order to run the tools and to send it to the data and AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
We may add, change, or remove features, and the Service may be unavailable at times. We will try to give notice of major changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecom Operators is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
